October is a month for pumpkins, cooler temperatures and Halloween! We have lots of classes as well as events to help you stay calm and relaxed.

Our events
allow you to learn new things, meet new people and expand your mind.October:

Peaceful Living through Mindful Meditation w/Andy Momaya every Saturday in October from 1:30-3 ~ Explore new ways to help you meditate. Andy has trained with Thich Nat Hahn, a Buddhist monk, and he can show us how to de-stress, understand your body and discover infinite bliss within.

Gong Meditation w/Mark on Friday October 27 from 7-8:30

Monthly Donations have been taken in to support the needs of our local & global communities. Thank you for your generosity and enthusiasm!

Red Cross Disaster Relief  – To aid the people of the Houston area and in Florida in relief and recovery from Hurricane  Harvey and Irma we will be accepting donations for Red Cross during September & October.

Sweet Feet Yoga 

They teach prenatal as well as baby/parents, tykes, toddlers and kids classes at Akasha. Their website has more detailed information.

Tai Chi w/Evie

These tai chi classes are sessions classes held on Mondays at 5:45 & Saturdays at 12:30. Visit Evies website for dates and more information.
