September: The 200 YTT Program – starts September 15th! This program is for people interested in learning more about yoga for their personal practice or to teach. Visit our website for more details.
Autumnal Equinox – Friday September 22nd from 6-8 PM w/Emilie and Katie. Katie will take you through a flow class for the first 50 minutes and then Emilie will restore you for the next 50 minutes and then end in a meditative practice that will balance you for the amazing season ahead.
October: Peaceful Living through Mindful Meditation w/Andy Momaya every Saturday in October from 1:30-3 ~ Explore new ways to help you meditate w/Andy. Andy has trained with Thich Nat Hahn, a Buddhist monk, and he can show us how to de-stress, understand your body and discover infinite bliss within.

Lara Strzempa Go Fund Me– We raised $250! In August we took donations for Jennifer’s cousin Lara. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy for the second time for breast cancer that traveled to the lungs and could use our love & support.
